QUESTIONS

  • Will my milk or ashes be mixed up with someone else's?
    The containers will be labeled. Your materials stay in a personalized folder with your order form. I only work on one piece at a time so there is no chance any will get mixed up. Everything is labeled along the way.
  • How can I get an update on my order?
    You can check out the order status page on my website for an update on your order. It is updated at least once every 1-2 weeks.
  • How do I send my dried flowers/hair/fabric?
    You will put your fully dried flower petals into a ziplock bag and ship them to my address, which will be sent in your confirmation email. The flowers will need to be fully dry, and I only need one flower petal of each color.
  • What if I want to add more than one extra inclusion?
    In this case you can fill out my custom order form and I will make you a custom listing.
  • How do I send my breastmilk?
    When you place an order, I will send a small container to your shipping address. The container holds 5ML. It will have a label that has your name and order number on it. You will fill the container almost to the top, without overflowing, then make sure the cap is twisted tightly on. Put the container back in the ziplock bag and then wrap in tissue and put it back in the box. It will already have a return address sticker in it. Peal the back off and stick it on top of the box. When your milk gets back to me, you will receive an email from us.
  • How does the process work?
    The first step is to place your order. Then if you ordered breastmilk or ash jewelry, a container will be sent to your address. If you ordered hair, flower, fabric or other jewelry you will send it in an envelope or bubble mailer to the shipping address in your confirmation email. We will send an email when we receive your materials. The making process and turn around time starts when we receive your materials.
  • Can I add hair to a breastmilk or ashes?
    Yes, you can order in the ashes or breastmilk collection and add hair as an extra inclusion in check out.
  • What is the turn around time?
    The turn around time varies depending on the time of the year and how many orders we receive in the mail. The typical turn around time is 4-5 months. Solid gold can take up to 6 months.
  • What if I don't know my ring size?
    I have a ring sizer tool you can use to find out your ring size. Add it to your keepsake order, and you can guess your size, then confirm it when you get the milk or ashes collection kit.
  • How much hair do I send?
    A chunk the size of a pink finger would be plenty.
  • How do I send my ashes?
    When you order a piece, I will send a tin container to your shipping address. There will be a small baggie inside, fill the baggie about halfway and close it back up. There will be a label on the top with your name and order number on it. Then make sure the lid is twisted on and put it back in the box. There will be a return address shipping label inside the box and you will peal off and stick it on top of the box and ship it back to me. Once I receive the ashes, you will receive an email from us.
